Do men cry at movies? Get excited and leapt to their feet and had complete strangers? Or fall apart when a relationship ends? Men’s emotional life is as complex as women’s . emotions are considered a female trademark but men experience the same emotions. Among married couples husbands proved to have the same level of stress as wives and just as capable of offering support. The way they express their emotions, sigh, cry, rejoice, rage, shout and pout, maybe different. Whereas emotions live in the background of a man’s life, they live in the foreground of a woman’s. Women seem naturally more in touch with their emotions, whereas men have to work at it.
Men are emotionally clueless, the reason behind it is, the male brain, which is hardwired differently, from that of women. The connection between the left brain, home of logic, and the right brain, the seat of emotions, is much greater in women. This is the reason why men have no ready access to feelings. This is why boys and men are less accurate at interpreting unspoken messages in gestures , facial expressions and tone of voice. Men also react less intensely to emotions and forget them faster. Women remember more details than men.
Boys learn in their early age, that showing emotion is a no-can-do among men. Boys make less eye contact than girls and pay more attention to moving objects like Cars than to human faces. Boys learn to choke back tears and show no fear. Their face becomes less expressive as they move through the elementary school years.
Women talk to clear their heads, but men think before they talk . Most men are far more insecure than they like to admit-and than their wives ever guess. When he feels powerless, he shuts down and withdraws.
